For one night only, Delhi 'O' Delhi welcomes celebrated chef, author and television personality Audra Morrice for an exclusive collaboration dinner with Javed Khan.
Together, Audra and Javed have created an eight-course menu inspired by the culinary traditions of Southeast Asia, India and the spice routes that have connected cultures for centuries. Expect dishes that blend heritage, storytelling and seasonal Australian produce, from Singapore Chilli Crab Puri and Takoyaki Vadai with Bengali chutney to a shared Goat Rendang Dum Biryani served with raita and achar. The evening concludes with two desserts inspired by Audra's Sarawakian heritage.
More than a dinner, this is a celebration of culture, friendship and the stories that food carries across generations and borders.

A celebration of Audra's Singaporean heritage, served with crispy curry leaves.
