Potli Samosa[g] - Pastry pockets with lightly spiced potatoes, green peas and oven roasted coriander seeds

Kastoori Murgh Tikka [n] Chicken morsels infused with turmeric, saffron, cashew, yoghurt, cream paste and tandoor grilled

Lehsuni Seekh - Lamb mince, marinated with nutmeg powder, black cardamom & smoked garlic

Main (Choice of 1 dish):

Palak Aur Khumb [v]  - Button mushrooms and minced cottage cheese in a garlic and onion gravy

Murgh Tikka Butter Masala - Tandoor roasted chicken thigh fillets, folded with tomato and barista

Champaran Goat - Traditional dish from the Champaran region of Bihar, diced goat, herbs, & regional ingredients

All feasts served with Saffron Pulao & Butter Naan.
