Our Express Pre-Theatre Menu includes an entrée, main, basmati pulao, butter naan and a glass of house wine or beer for $55 per person. Designed for those looking to enjoy a full meal before the curtain rises or the previews play, it's a simple and delicious way to begin your night out in Newtown.

Potli Samosa[g] - Pastry pockets with lightly spiced potatoes, green peas and oven roasted coriander seeds
Murgh Malai Tikka [n] Chicken medallions with cardamom, cashew, yoghurt, cream paste and tandoor grilled
Kashmiri Seekh - Finely minced lamb seasoned with fennel seed, dry ginger, saffron and garam masala

Main (Choice of 1 dish):
Palak Khumb [v] - Button mushroom tossed with spinach puree, garlic, tomato and shallots
Chicken Tikka Masala - Tandoor cooked chicken morsels with tomato, fresh coriander, ginger, garlic, green chilies
Goat Aloo - Diced goat and potato slow cooked in earthy spices and topped with signature broiled masala blend
